Step 2: Phone Consultation
Whether you’ve just developed an interest in solar or are a long-time advocate, we believe that a simple phone call is a good way to start. We will talk with you to learn more about your interest in solar, understand the characteristics of your site, and explain available incentives. We can also give you a project cost estimate at this time as well.
Step 3: Site Assessment
If solar seems like a good fit for you, we’ll schedule a time to come talk in person. During our visit, we’ll scout around and determine the best placement for a solar energy system and analyze what percentage of the available sun’s energy your roof or site could utilize on an annual basis. We will also examine your electrical service and the structure of your roof or the size of your plot to determine if they are adequate for a solar array.
Step 4: Project Proposal
Once your design is complete, our sales manager will sit down with you to go over project costs, incentives and tax credits, and estimated energy savings. If you are happy with the proposal you can sign and we’ll get started!
Step 5: Installation
We take care of permitting, order all equipment, and coordinate with you when construction can begin. Depending on the size of your system, installation for a residential system usually takes between 2-4 days. Once installation is complete, we will schedule all necessary inspections, get your new system up and running, and walk you through the details of its operation.
